Message from Linda:

Douglas Wilson and I were married on May 17, 2002.

It was quite a change for both of us since he had been divorced for 20 years and I for 34 years. We originally met in 1985 or 1986 when Bank of Hawaii bought Hawaiian Trust Company. I was working at Bank of Hawaii as a programming manager and he was one of the senior managers I had to work with at Hawaiian Trust.

In 1998, we ran into each other again - as we had done several times over the intervening years - and decided to meet for lunch. The rest is history.

We purchased a home together in Volcano well before we retired and spent many weekends furnishing it and mowing the grass, etc., until we could spend full time. We both retired on March 31, 2004.

It took us another couple of months to get fully moved into our new home - since it is on a different island! We are very happy here now:

Doug is on several boards and also does some consulting work at Trustee Consulting, LLC.

I do some volunteer work for Friends of Hawai`i Volcanoes National Park and Ku Aloha Ola Mau. I did build the web sites for Ku Aloha Ola Mau and for Trustee Consulting and Fiduciary Publishing.

I am really looking forward to seeing all of you again on June 20!! Please say you'll be there!!

ps: In May, 2008, we joined a group of Doug's high school buddies on the Star Princess cruise to Alaska. On board, we celebrated our 6th anniversary:
